Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Rig Operator/Supervisor to manage crew members and ensure quality service delivery on workover rigs. The successful candidate will be responsible for training crew, ensuring equipment maintenance, and performing daily operational tasks.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience working on a well servicing rig preferred.
• Ability to show knowledge of running tongs and all Ranger Energy equipment.
• Ability to perform manual labor required for operating well servicing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew members and maintain productivity standards.
• Communicate logistics and workflow with the management team.
• Perform daily operation of the Tong’s and maintain all equipment.
