What You’ll Need

• 1-2 years of experience as a Floorhand on a workover rig
• Ability to pass a competency evaluation in rigging up/rigging down
• Class B CDL and knowledge to road a rig is a bonus
• Ability to work long hours and extended stretches, including holidays
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to following company policies and safety procedures
• Ability to pass a pre-employment WorkSTEPS® physical, drug and alcohol screen
• Acceptable criminal and motor vehicle background check
• Proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
