Uponor Corporation in Apple Valley, MN, seeks a Senior Research Scientist in Rheology to lead and conduct pioneering research in polymer pipe development. This on-site role requires strong polymer background and independent project management within cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in a related field and 7–10+ years of experience, with hands-on rheological characterization of polymer melts. Knowledge of extrusion and Stage Gate processes is a plus.

Competenze

• Requires a Ph.D. in Polymer Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with 7–10+ years of related experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience in rheological characterization of polymer melts and networks.
• Knowledge of extrusion technology/manufacturing or pipe development is a plus.
• Experience with Stage Gate/Technology Gates is a plus.
