Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced RFIC design engineer to join the Silicon Systems team on the TeraWave program. You will design RFICs and mixed-signal ASICs, using Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre RF, and collaborate with systems, firmware, and product engineering.

Responsibilities include creating analog models, validating designs through test plans, and optimizing interfaces and timing. A PhD or MS preferred; remote work exception applies while sites are developed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of RFIC design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with RF/Mixed Signal Block design and Linux development environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RFICs and mixed-signal ASICs.
• Use Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre RF for implementation.
• Develop analog verification models and test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across systems, firmware, architecture, and product engineering.
• Adopt AI-based design methodologies throughout the design cycle.
