Roguebeam is seeking a Principal RFIC Engineer to set the technical direction for the advanced beamformer ICs at the heart of our phased array systems. As a foundational technical leader, you’ll help define architectures and silicon roadmaps, guiding product development from concept through tape-out and bring-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in RFIC or RF/mm-wave circuit design; led complex designs.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, ADS and EM simulators.
• Strong grounding in RF fundamentals: matching, noise, linearity, S-parameters.

Responsibilities

• Design RFIC beamformers and RF/mm-wave blocks for phased arrays.
• Drive designs from specification through schematic, layout, tape-out, and validation.
• Run circuit and system simulations for linearity, noise, gain, and power.
• Collaborate with antenna, digital, and DSP teams to meet system needs.
• Support lab characterization, debugging, and design iteration.
• Define RFIC architectures and lead complex design challenges.
• Set RFIC roadmap direction and establish design standards.
