Job summary

You will deliver executive status reports, drive cross‑functional collaboration, identify bottlenecks, and guide RF software features from pre-silicon validation through integration and verification.

Qualifications

• BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Hands-on engineering management or program/project management in firmware/software.
• Experience with wireless modem Layer 1 / RF software development or RF verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams across hardware and software to meet performance, quality, and schedule targets.
• Deliver executive communications and status updates to support decision making.
• Identify bottlenecks and interdependencies and drive solutions in complex RF software projects.
