You will partner with hardware and software teams to meet performance, quality and schedule targets, and you will communicate status to executives. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in FW/SW, hands-on leadership, RF software development or verification, and a solid grasp of embedded development lifecycles.

Qualifications

• BS and 10+ years relevant industry experience.
• Proven leadership or program management in FW/SW.
• Experience in wireless modem Layer 1 / RF software development or verification.

Responsibilities

• Own development of Cellular RF Software for transceivers and front-end components.
• Track RF Software plans through implementation, pre-silicon validation, and bring-up.
• Drive productization through testing, field testing, and production ramp.
