The role requires deep semiconductor reliability experience and an advanced degree, with emphasis on reliability physics and accelerated testing. Collaboration with global teams is essential, with a proactive, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of semiconductor technology and reliability engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in device and reliability physics, accelerated test methodologies, and reliability modeling.
• Working knowledge of intrinsic reliability mechanisms: HCI, BTI, TDDB, EM, SM.

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability planning, testing, and assessments for RF technology offerings (RF-SOI, RF-SiGe, RF-GaN).
• Support test vehicle preparation with test structure input and design reviews.
• Lead root cause analysis of reliability tests and propose corrective actions; update FMEAs.
• Prepare qualification plans and reports for internal and external customers.
• Act as technical resource for reliability lab operations.
• Coordinate logistics in preparing samples and allocating test time.
