Qualifications

• TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
• BS degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering or a related field.
• 14+ years in RF payload or space systems development.
• 10+ years in RF payload development or payload systems engineering.
• SIGINT payload/ systems engineering experience.
• Knowledge of link budgets and RF propagation in space.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and technical evaluations on SIGINT payload design and performance.
• Evaluate contractor designs and test plans against mission requirements.
• Lead design reviews and risk assessments with stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end system engineering activities and interfaces.
