Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with relevant experience or Master’s with related experience in RF/microwave.
• Experience with RF schematics, block diagrams, and RF architectures.
• Proficiency in simulation tools ADS, HFSS, GENESYS and test techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, integrate, test, and troubleshoot RF/microwave circuits and subsystems for electronic warfare.
• Develop RF architectures, block diagrams, schematics, and supporting documentation.
• Run RF simulations and correlate results with hardware performance.
• Lead or support RF design across the product lifecycle from concept to sustainment.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, manufacturing, and software teams to resolve issues.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation strategies to program leadership.
• Support technical reviews, verification planning, and configuration-controlled docs.
