• Experience designing RF test automation systems end-to-end.
• Proficiency with Python, MATLAB for RF/test data processing.
• Ability to work autonomously on cross-functional technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and roadmap for scalable RF automation software across products.
• Lead development of a multi-faced C/C++ software suite, setting standards.
• Drive root-cause analysis of complex RF performance issues with cross-functional teams.
• Provide deep expertise in wireless standards and represent RF integration in discussions.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
