• Leads daily operations and coaches high-performing sellers to deliver guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team to meet AE's customer service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit and develop talent to ensure staffing meets business needs and training is ongoing.
• Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback, development plans, and reviews to drive engagement.
• Maintain visual standards across all store zones and ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with Brand Standards.
• Uphold store safety, asset protection, and adherence to company policies.
