Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Lead Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience at Aria. You will support daily store operations, assist guests with warmth and professionalism, and help ensure the store remains organized and on-brand.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of retail experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and is 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
• Achieve store goals.

• Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.

• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
• Achieve store goals
• Assist Sales Associates with questions
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
• Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in retail
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older
