Job summary

MGM Resorts International seeks a Lead Retail Sales Associate for Aria in Las Vegas to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll support daily store operations, assist guests warmly, and help keep the store organized and fully stocked.

Starting rate is $19.50 per hour. The ideal candidate has 1+ year retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and must be 21 or older. Perks include wellness programs, employee dining, discounts, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales
• Achieve store goals
• Assist Sales Associates with questions
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping
• Own the guest’s experience and report opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
