Soliant Health is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Staff Pharmacist with retail experience to join a great team in a full-time, direct-hire role. We're looking for someone who has an active, clear Pennsylvania Pharmacist License and immunization certification. Position: Staff Pharmacist
Location: Danville, PA
Setting: Retail Pharmacy
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Day/Afternoon Shifts (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Support inventory management by tracking weekly sales and assisting with ordering stock to meet demand and optimize business performance.
• Accurately prepare and dispense medications, mixing and measuring prescriptions as needed while ensuring correct dosages.
• Provide expert advice to patients who are self-medicating and dispense over-the-counter products.
• Administer immunizations to patients regularly.
• When the Pharmacy Manager is absent, take the lead on scheduling associates, recognizing achievements, addressing performance issues, and assigning tasks to ensure a well-managed and efficient work environment.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• A valid and active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Immunization Certification in Pennsylvania.
• Recent or current retail pharmacy experience.
