Job summary

RPh on the Go seeks a licensed Pharmacist for a direct-hire role in Dingmans Ferry, PA. The position offers a dynamic environment with day and afternoon shifts and 69 bi-weekly hours, focusing on leadership, operations management, and exceptional customer care in a community-focused pharmacy.

The ideal candidate holds a BPharm or PharmD and Pennsylvania Pharmacist and Immunization licenses, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and team leadership to support pharmacy growth and patient

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Currently licensed as a Pharmacist in Pennsylvania.
Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with store operations to engage associates with pharmacy goals and maintain service quality.
Ensure prescription accuracy and regulatory compliance through required reviews and quality checks.
Grow the pharmacy business by managing inventories and facilitating clinical programs such as immunizations and MTM.
Lead pharmacy staff with supervision, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions while maintaining security and customer service standards.
Address customer concerns to build trust and loyalty and communicate with healthcare providers to resolve issues.
