Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Technician Team Leader to guide a field-based team delivering in-store retail experiences for leading consumer electronics brands. You will coordinate daily schedules, assign and inspect display setups, ensure planogram compliance, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues on demo units.

You will coach technicians, track metrics, and report results to managers and clients across multiple retail locations.

Responsibilities
