ActionLink is seeking a Technician Team Leader to guide a field-based team performing in-store retail experiences for consumer electronics brands. You will coordinate schedules, assign and inspect demo setups, and ensure merchandising standards are met.

You will coach technicians, track performance metrics, report results to managers and clients, and maintain brand standards across locations in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Proven track record leading field teams across multiple retail locations.
• Experience executing planograms and merchandising standards in-store.
• Strong hardware/software troubleshooting for consumer electronics.
• Ability to install and configure in-store demo units and displays.
• Proficient in scheduling, route planning, and on-site execution.
