Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth store operations. You will coach the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

You will also handle cash reconciliation, and may be required to open and close the store on a rota. This role suits an ambitious self-starter with prior retail experience aiming for supervisory advancement.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in cosmetics or beauty preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Proven coaching/mentoring skills for sales and service targets.
• Willingness to work retail hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations and training.
• Perform cash reconciliation and day-end procedures.
• Open/close store on a rotating schedule as required.
