Job summary

Ole Red Las Vegas is seeking a Retail Associate to join our energetic team in a live entertainment venue setting. You will deliver exceptional guest service, process transactions, merchandise products, and help visitors enjoy our musical heritage.

The role requires an outgoing personality, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to work peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A High school diploma is required and 1+ year of guest service or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to all guests. Actively greet and welcome guests into the retail space.
• Provide confident and friendly guidance to guests; share information about events.
• Support sales programs; assist in increasing average transaction value and units per transaction.
• Merchandise displays; ensure apparel is folded and stocked; communicate inventory concerns.
• Understand current product collections; upsell based on guest interests.
• Process sales transactions using POS system and follow cash handling procedures.
• Maintain clean, orderly sales floor and stockroom; follow safety policies.
• Process daily shipments and coordinate with stockroom and sales floor.
• Collaborate with tour guides to create and display souvenir photos.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
