Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Cashier/Stocker lead to support store operations in Dayton, OH. This role provides exemplary customer service, assists in plan-o-gram implementation, and steps in for management when needed.

Responsibilities include unloading and stocking merchandise, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean, organized store while ensuring security and cash control procedures are followed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training).
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash accurately.
• Familiarity with plan-o-gram implementation and merchandise presentation guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise including rotations and displays.
• Operate cash register, collect payment, and provide receipts.
• Greet customers and assist in locating merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including front end, stockroom, and restrooms.
• Assist in maintaining cashier accountability and security practices.
• Open/close store under guidance of Area Manager and handle refunds/overrides as needed.
