Dollar General in Ohio is seeking a Cashier/Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of store management. You will greet customers, stock merchandise, operate the cash register, and help maintain plan-o-grams and displays to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, ensuring safety, and providing superior service while following company policies. Prior retail experience is beneficial.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and customer service procedures.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.

• Unload trucks and stock shelves; maintain plan-o-grams.
• Operate cash register and collect payment; provide excellent customer service.
• Keep store clean, organized and secure; assist in shifts as needed.
• Assist in store open/close procedures and maintain cashier accountability.
