Dollar General is seeking a cashier/stocker lead to act in the Store Manager's absence and to drive customer service excellence. You will unload trucks, stock and rotate merchandise, maintain plan-o-grams, and assist customers while protecting assets.

The role emphasizes effective cash handling, teamwork, and adherence to store procedures, with opportunities to lead in the absence of management.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Six months supervisory experience or related training is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks following the store's prescribed process.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes per procedures.
• Stock merchandise, rotate and face shelves, build displays.
• Restock returned and recovered merchandise.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Greet customers and assist locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and assist with displays.
• Authorize refunds and oversee cash handling duties as directed.
• Complete paperwork and documentation on time.
