Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Cashier/Stocker lead to operate in the absence of the Store Manager, drive customer service, and protect assets. You will load/unload, stock, and maintain displays while delivering exceptional service to shoppers in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities include operating the register, handling cash, and ensuring plan-o-grams are followed. You may assist with store openings/closes under an Area Manager's direction.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and deposit control.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise guidance.
• Familiarity with IBM cash register functions and store procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain displays.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and bag items.
• Assist customers and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Open and/or close the store under Area Manager direction.
