Job summary

PuroClean of Central Southwest Houston is seeking a project team leader to manage and complete restoration jobs per work orders, respond to service calls, and ensure safe, efficient job flow from start to finish.

You will supervise production, coach technicians, maintain documentation, and build strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and office staff while upholding the brand’s service standards.

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT Certification required; other IICRC certifications valued.
• Experience with restoration industry software is a plus (Dash, Mica, Docusketch, Encircle, ITEL App).
• Willingness to lead and coach teammates; strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete jobs per work orders; respond to service calls as needed.
• Set up efficient job flow and coordinate job requirements; ensure documentation is complete.
• supervise production work; monitor jobs from start to finish and enforce safety procedures.
• Communicate with commercial, insurance, and residential customers; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coach production staff; manage preventive maintenance and asset care.
