Job summary

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Restoration Project Manager in New York, NY to oversee large-scale recovery and construction projects within the restoration department.

This full-time role reports to Jay Frietas and offers a compensation range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year. You will coordinate daily with operations, manage budgets to ensure profitability, develop site safety plans, and maintain strong communication with clients and insurance adjusters.

Qualifications

• Heavy restoration project knowledge required.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with operations daily to keep projects on track.
• Keep clients and insurance adjusters updated on activities.
• Set budgets to ensure profitability and oversee draws with subs/vendors.
• Develop a Site Safety Plan and ensure compliance.
• Maintain project files with signed contracts and paperwork.
• Conduct safety toolbox talks and participate in investigations.
• Coordinate approvals and paperwork for multiple projects.
