Job summary

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in restaurant and retail construction, including ground-up and tenant build-outs.
• Strong leadership, scheduling and budget management capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and site designs.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle construction for multiple restaurant and retail projects, overseeing schedules, budgets and resources.
• Lead site visits to enforce safety, quality, codes, and best practices.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to keep projects within budget.
• Review and execute against complex blueprints and architectural designs.
• Identify risks and schedule delays, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, clients and internal teams; lead regular stakeholder meetings.
