Job summary

Pacific Catch, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Restaurant General Manager who can deliver first-class service and hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, manage operations, and partner with regional leadership to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance. The role requires strong leadership, a track record of managing high-volume restaurants, and a commitment to Pacific Catch’s values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hospitality experience with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience managing high-volume restaurants or similar chains.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and manage hourly staff.
• Professional and prompt business communications.
• Positive references from former employers/managers.
• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Pacific Catch restaurant and team per company policies, exemplifying Core Values.
• Provide direction, leadership and mentoring to FOH and BOH team members each shift.
• Ensure fast, accurate service and positive guest relations.
• Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with the community and inviting guests in.
• Ensure the facility and service area are clean and inviting during service.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy, professionalism, and prompt attention.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly operational, administrative and HR duties.
• Review P&L statements and seek opportunities to improve sales and control costs.
