Park City Mountain, part of Vail Resorts, seeks winter seasonal staff for the 2026/2027 season across restaurant and guest service roles. Starting wages range from $21.50 to $26.88 per hour, with opportunities for full-time hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Previous restaurant, supervisory or guest service experience required.
  • Able to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours; lift up to 50 lbs. required.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to all guest needs in the restaurant ensuring responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
  • Answer phones and radios while working directly with staff to maintain the dining areas, including setup and bussing of tables as needed.
  • Work on the floor or in the kitchen, wherever needed, to ensure smooth operation.
  • Assist in ongoing training of staff and provide necessary feedback.
  • Enforce and comply with health and safety requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.
  • Ensure cleanliness and operation of restaurant and equipment through inspection and preventative maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$21.50/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
