Job summary

Medical City Frisco is seeking a Manager of Respiratory Therapy to lead the Respiratory Care Department, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will assist with scheduling, clinical procedures, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires NBRC-RRT, RRT/RCP-State, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and at least five years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• NBRC-RRT: Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• RRT/RCP-State: Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner.
• Bachelor's Degree required in Respiratory Therapy/Healthcare Administration/Management/Business.
• 5 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• The Manager of Respiratory Therapy assists in managing the Respiratory Care Department to achieve departmental goals.
• Supervises employees, assists with schedules, technical procedures, quality assurance, staff development/education, and regulatory compliance.
