Gem City Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Manager to lead the respiratory care program while providing direct resident care as needed. You will oversee services, supervise staff, manage equipment and supplies, and ensure high-quality, compassionate respiratory care.

This role emphasizes leadership, program efficiency, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the care team to optimize resident outcomes in Dayton, OH.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved/accredited respiratory care program.
• Current CRT or RRT credential.
• Current and valid Ohio Respiratory Care Professional license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee respiratory therapy services and program operations.
• Evaluate residents’ respiratory needs and provide/coordinate treatments.
• Support ventilator-dependent residents and perform ventilator checks.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
