The Lead ARCP provides oversight and coordination of the daily clinical activities of the Respiratory Care staff and is responsible for assuring staff members are technically competent and provide quality services in a safe, effective, and timely manner. The Lead ARCP works with other professionals to coordinate patient care by utilizing best practice and adherence to hospital guidelines.
