Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related quantitative discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in resource adequacy, generation or transmission planning, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience leading SERVM studies with LOLE/ELCC and planning margins.
• Strong written and verbal communication for boards, regulators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SERVM studies covering LOLE, ELCC, capacity accreditation, and planning margins.
• Mentor engineers, set QA/QC and model governance standards, and review analyses.
• Translate findings into clear reports and board materials for decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders and represent the organization at meetings and forums.
• Identify reliability risks and resolve analytical challenges with senior leadership guidance.
