Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct care experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned group homes and ensure safety and quality of care.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to deliver person-centered care.
• Ensure implementation of treatment plans, health and safety plans, and medication administration.
