Storm Guard of Durham-Chapel Hill is seeking a highly motivated Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of exterior roofing and siding projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate with the sales team, manage materials, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while maintaining top quality and safety standards.

• Demonstrated experience in a project management or administrative capacity.
• Experience in roofing/siding/home exteriors industry is highly desired.
• Strong leadership skills.

• Effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee re-roofing and other exterior projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with sales to review project details, materials, and customer expectations.
• Monitor progress, resolve delays, and adjust to meet goals.
• Coordinate resources including equipment, materials, and labor.
• Ensure inventory management of roofing materials and equipment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards.
• Conduct safety meetings and training; maintain safety documentation.
