Patrick A. Finn is seeking a hands-on Residential Remodeling Superintendent to lead projects across Chicago's Northwest suburbs.

You'll oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate subs, manage schedules, ensure quality and safety, review plans, and communicate with homeowners and the Project Manager to keep work moving smoothly. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling or related construction field.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating subs.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on residential remodeling jobsites.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trade partners, suppliers, and material deliveries.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work progresses efficiently.
• Conduct regular jobsite walkthroughs to monitor quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Review plans and field conditions to identify potential construction challenges.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure work meets codes and company standards.
• Communicate with Project Manager, design team, and homeowners to keep projects moving.
• Lead carpenters and field crew, promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and progress updates.
