The role combines field duties with office work, overseeing daily on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring top-quality craftsmanship.

The company offers a competitive salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year plus a monthly bonus, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Superintendent or Foreman in residential construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site phases of residential construction from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain construction schedules and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.
• Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions quickly and professionally.
• Schedule inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Monitor material deliveries and job site inventory.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout every phase of construction.
