Renken Remodeling is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead installation projects from concept to completion. You will direct the installation team, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and maintain clear communication with clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of residential construction or remodeling experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction or remodeling.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the installation team to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide hands-on installation training and guidance.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, communicating progress and timelines.
• Stay up-to-date on products and services to advise team and customers.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to meet standards.
• Lead pre- and post-installation reviews to improve processes.
• Coordinate scheduling and project delivery for remodeling work and service calls.
• Review project files for accuracy after completion.
• Maintain documentation in the CRM and use Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Assist with warehouse, deliveries, inventory stocking, and field measurements.
