DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen Remodeling in Saint Louis Park, MN is seeking a Lead Residential Remodeling Carpenter to lead high-end kitchen and bath remodels across the Twin Cities metro. You will supervise crews, deliver top-tier craftsmanship, and ensure client satisfaction from demo through finishing touches.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of residential remodeling carpentry, strong kitchen and bath expertise, varied materials experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential remodeling carpentry experience.
• Strong kitchen and bath remodeling expertise.
• Skilled with diverse materials and methods; problem solving.
• Light plumbing/electrical skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior remodeling projects (kitchens & baths).
• Demo, framing, millwork, cabinetry (face frame & frameless).
• Install finishes: drywall, flooring, paint, wall panels.
• Coordinate subcontractors and design team.
• Maintain professional presence and top-tier client communication.
• Manage tools, materials, jobsite prep and cleanup.
• Learn proprietary DreamMaker systems and improve processes.

Total Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $65,000-$110,000 annually depending on experience
