What You’ll Do as a Lead Carpenter Apprentice

• Complete Home Services work including warranty repairs, small‑scale remodels, and general carpentry tasks.
• Support both design‑build remodeling and Home Services projects as assigned.
• Communicate daily with clients and team members as needed to support project flow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and client home environment.
• Complete daily time tracking and assist with change order documentation.
• Communicate project concerns to the Senior Carpenter or Production Manager as needed.
