Job summary

Dexian is seeking a detail-oriented Job Captain to join our hybrid team in Fort Washington, PA. The ideal candidate has a strong residential home-building background with wood-framed construction and production-oriented architectural experience.

You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, contribute to design evaluations, quality control, and process improvements, and provide insights to senior leadership throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management and/or people management.
• Strong knowledge of the architectural and construction industries.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regularly with design, engineering, and operational teams.
• Lead and manage multiple project teams and external consultants.
• Support the design team in developing options and architectural details.
• Assist during discovery and design phases of technology projects.
• Maintain documentation, data standards, and workflow consistency.
• Oversee projects within budget and quality constraints.
• Interpret and apply relevant codes and regulations.
