Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Lead to join our Villanova, PA team. The role supports day-to-day management of specific programs within the division and reports to the Program Manager, coordinating activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to participants.

This position may manage a caseload and requires 18+ years old, a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D., 1-3 years in a human services residential setting, and a willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within the first year

Qualifications

Must be 18 years old.
Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
1-3 years of experience in a human services residential setting.
Willingness to obtain NADSP Certification within the first year of hire, if required.

Responsibilities

Act as Lead staff and point person on shift.
Prepare and manage house schedules in coordination with the Program Manager.
Direct Care duties including ADL's, meal preparation, and supervised activities.
Medication management and administration.
Incident management in coordination with Program Manager and QCO.
Manage household needs: menu development, groceries, and housekeeping.
Ensure ongoing upkeep and overall cleanliness of the home.
Handle daily maintenance tasks (bulbs, filters, etc.) and submit repairs.
