ABA SHINE seeks an experienced Program Administrator to lead the launch of a Level 7 Residential Facility in Fremont, California. This leadership role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Psychology, 2–5+ years in residential leadership, and a strong understanding of Title 22 regulations. This is an opportunity to directly impact high-risk youth's lives by building a new program from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in residential or behavioral health leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Title 22 regulations.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and severe behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Level 7 residential home.
• Hire, train, and supervise direct care and supervisory staff.
• Maintain licensing standards (Title 22).
• Act as primary liaison with Regional Center and families.
