Job summary

SALT Service Co. is seeking a Residential Plumber to diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing while delivering outstanding customer service. You will mentor Apprentice Plumbers, provide technical guidance, and support quality workmanship across the team.

You will operate a company vehicle, coordinate with HVAC/Electrical teams, and use ServiceTitan and an iPad to manage orders and documentation. Join a family-focused, growth-oriented organization committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas plumber license (Tradesman/Journeyman/Master).
• Residential plumbing experience with service procedures.
• Experience mentoring apprentices is a plus.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle with an Apprentice Plumber on calls.
• Use ServiceTitan and iPad to manage work orders and documentation.
• Provide professional customer service and high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with HVAC and Electrical teams for full home solutions.
• Mentor, coach and train Apprentice Plumbers on site.
• Perform ride-alongs, site evaluations and quality inspections.
