Job summary

TUDI Mechanical Systems is seeking a Lead Residential Installer for residential HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HVAC experience and a Universal Refrigeration license, focusing on customer relationship management and installing equipment. Lead Residential Installer

We are looking for an energetic and hardworking individual who will help solidify customer relationships and drive repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Install residential heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other equipment in customer homes
• Assist with designing, fabricating, and installing ductwork and fittings
• HVAC troubleshooting, including inspecting effectiveness and safety of systems, diagnosing for defects, cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems
• Mentor and provide direction to installation team
