Job summary

R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, INC in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician. Earn up to $50/hour with a $3000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, life, 401(k), PTO, sick days, holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, and a company vehicle and uniforms.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of HVAC field experience, knows residential/commercial systems and local codes, and can read wiring diagrams and refrigeration cycles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC field experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes.
• Removing old HVAC systems.
• Installing new HVAC systems.
• Performing routine maintenance.
• Training junior team members.
• Communicating with clients and customers.
• Ordering and maintaining equipment.
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes.
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Understanding refrigeration cycles.
• Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Install new HVAC systems and remove old ones.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Train junior team members.
• Communicate with clients and customers.
• Order and maintain equipment.
• Run pipes and ducts through homes.

As a HVAC Technician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $50/hour, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $3000 sign-on bonus!
