Job summary

Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Service Tech to diagnose, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems across Snohomish, King, and Skagit counties. The ideal candidate mentors others, delivers quality workmanship, and ensures first-time-right service.

You will work with heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, and ductwork, using an iPad for invoicing and coordinating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and ductwork.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Run diagnostics, complete repairs, and perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, AC, ductless units).
• Educate customers on proactive repairs, upgrades, and maintenance agreements.
• Use iPad to create invoices and communicate with the office.
• Travel to job sites within the service area and coordinate with dispatch on schedule and delays.
