Apex Pros Plumbing, Electric, Heating and Air in Dublin, OH is seeking a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to oversee installations and replacements. You will ensure precise work, adherence to codes, and superior customer service during each project.

You will mentor technicians, read blueprints, manage materials, document work in Service Titan, and coordinate with dispatch to complete jobs on time.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience or completed HVAC training.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read blueprints/plans.
• Must pass drug test and background checks.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specs.
• Mentor lead installers and apprentices to improve team performance.
• Wire high/low voltage to heating and cooling units.
• Install refrigerant lines with soldering and brazing.
• Install ducts and gas lines; ensure codes compliance.
• Document installs, collect fees, and update records in Service Titan.
• Coordinate with dispatch and other departments to meet objectives.
• Maintain truck and tools, ensure safety and cleanliness.
