Job summary

Hire Right Recruiting is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer for residential projects in the Greater Los Angeles area. This full-time role requires an experienced installer who can lead a team and deliver installations to manufacturer specifications.

You will oversee start-to-finish installations, train junior technicians, and enforce safety and compliance on every project. LA-area residency is preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Proven residential HVAC installation experience beyond basic single-stage systems, including variable speed and communicating equipment.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Ability to teach and lead other installers.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations start to finish, including full system replacements.
• Install variable speed and communicating systems to manufacturer specifications.
• Train, mentor, and quality-check other installers on the team.
• Commission systems properly and ensure every install passes inspection.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners on every job.
• Uphold safety, code, and workmanship standards on every install.
