Job summary

A/D Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer who will lead residential replacement and installation projects while helping establish our installation standards.

This role offers a growth path toward Lead Installer, Installation Supervisor, and Operations Leader positions. You will install split systems, furnaces, coils, heat pumps and more, train junior installers, and coordinate with project management to ensure high-quality workmanship and

Qualifications

• Experienced HVAC installer with strong residential installation knowledge.
• EPA certification preferred/required as applicable.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent workmanship and attention to detail.
• Leadership mentality and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects.
• Install split systems, furnaces, coils, condensers, heat pumps and package units.
• Perform equipment change-outs and complete system installations.
• Install and modify ductwork, plenums, transitions and fittings.
• Install refrigerant lines, condensate piping, electrical connections and controls.
• Perform proper evacuation, charging and system startup.
• Verify airflow and proper system operation.
• Read job scopes, equipment specifications and installation instructions.
• Maintain clean, professional jobsites.
• Complete required job documentation and photographs.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Coordinate with project management and office staff.
• Help train and develop apprentice/junior installers.
